Part 1: Discovery Education

Discovery Education provides videos, activities, virtual field trips, and lessons to the students.  The students will need to log into Clever to access Discovery Education.

Step 1: Click on this link that will take you to Clever and the assignment. https://cleversso.discoveryeducation.com/core:builders/boards?assetGuid=5147544f-19b1-4575-bbf5-e31c24656551&homeworkGuid=1a3d25e0-5542-458d-9d7f-b4a6a0dacc14&includeHeader=true&layout=default

Step 2: The link should bring up the Clever login page. Click on Students.

Step 3:  Enter your 6-digit student ID for the username.

Step 4: Your password is your birthday. (Example – April 28, 2008 à 04282008)

Step 5: Once you enter in your login information, it should bring you to my assignment.

Step 6: The assignment has instructions at the top for the students to follow.

Step 7: ​Before leaving Discovery Education, make sure the students look at the completed assignments tab to ensure they receive credit.

 

Part Two: USA Test Prep

Once the students have finished reviewing the Discovery Education Assignment, they must complete the TEST on USA Test Prep. The instructions on how to access the TEST are below. 

How to log onto USATestPrep

Step1: Go to the following website. Right Click on the link below or copy and paste in a new tab.

   www.usatestprep.com/member-login

Step 2: Your Account ID: lowrance23 (this is for the whole school)

Step 3: Your username is the same six-digit number you use on Clever.

Step 4: Your password is your birthday. The way you type in your birthday is slightly different than the way you do in Clever.

Here is how to type in your birthday. 

For Example: 4/28/2008 à 4282008

For Example:  12/6/2007 à 1262007

Step 5: Once they log on, they should see the assignment (20 questions). They will also see assignments for their other teachers as well. Make sure they click on the correct class.
